🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Since our products include your pet's personal touch (such as fur), we do not accept returns or exchanges if the item has been damaged by the customer or contains non-hygienic materials, including pet fur. However, if the package remains unopened and unused, we can accept a return or issue a refund within 14 days of delivery.

✅ Refunds are offered if:

• Your product arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item
